New information about The Master Chief Halo Collection, no plan for Xbox 360

Through the official Halo Waypoint , 343 Industries has published several new information about The Master Chief Halo Collection , unraveling many doubts and illustrating new features on the title.

The community manager Andy Dudynsky, first of all, we know that work on this next-gen reissue of the main four chapters in the saga of Halo had already been started before that Halo 4 was released.
Andy then reviewed some questions asked by fans, confirming the presence of the spectator mode, constant element in each installment of the series.

"Exploiting the potential of the Xbox One we are able to implement the full functionality of Twitch -reported the community manager- , thus providing an experience from the viewer that will allow players to register in streaming their multiplayer games, speedrun, sessions within the Forge mode, and more. However, within the title there is a special section dedicated to spectator mode. "

With regard to the updated version of Halo 2 is contained in the collection, Andy has confirmed the introduction of new content within the campaign, as inserted in specific terminals previously unseen areas of the levels, able to expand and deepen further the narrative part of the saga.

Talking about the multiplayer mode of Halo 2 Annniversary was also added: "we are working hard to ensure an optimized experience that allows you to get 1080 p and 60 frames per second. That said, the original title had however many mechanics related to 30 frames per second, so we're trying to make the gameplay just like I remember at the time, with all its corrective patch introduced in later years. "

Regarding the customization of multiplayer maps, it was confirmed that all maps in Halo 3, Halo 4 and 6 new maps of Halo 2 Anniversary will be fully editable using the Forge mode included in the title, but more detail about will be released soon.

A growing interest in Halo: The Master Chief Collection had been demonstrated by the users of the Xbox 360, which wondered if 343 Industries had in any version specific plan for the old Microsoft.
In this regard, however, Andy's words are quite exhaustive: "at the moment we don't have any plans to bring the game on Xbox 360, due to various limitations related to the amount of content contained in the collection, the advanced features implemented and specifications that are not supported by the platform."
