Phil Spencer of Microsoft wanted to respond on Twitter to a fan who asked how long Black Tusk Studios was aware of Gears of War and what they are actually working on new title. Spencer responded by saying that the internal leadership was aware of nearly a month of Microsoft's decision to acquire the brand from Epic Games, but that the development team is working actively for a week only. It therefore seems that the new title will see the light in several years, probably even in 2016 as leaked by recent rumor. Stay tuned with us.
