The news came thanks to some users of the forum SAID that they decided to proceed alone, no more wait for developers, and ask then to refund the full amount paid: there are successful, disputing that the description in the product page does not match the actual service provided and would cause more trouble connecting in the classic game mode. Reimbursement involves the complete cancellation of Premium service and all the benefits deriving therefrom, such as the double expertise in multiplayer games.

It remains to be see if the Italian support of Microsoft is willing to grant a refund.
