BioWare producer Cameron Lee announced during the PAX Australia that Dragon Age: Inquisition will be able to read the bail-outs of the previous titles, so you show in the game world the effects of our choices and actions. Lee explained that while Mass Effect revolves around a character, Dragon Age revolves around a world, so why suffer the effects of our choices.

When asked whether this will be true also for the version of the game for the new console, which obviously cannot exist bailouts of the first two games, Lee explained that it will be possible there too, even if they did not want to clarify the details. It is possible that it will be made available some export procedure or the game will make us at the beginning of the questions about our past choices, so as to align to our history: these are only hypotheses, we look forward to more detailed information.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is expected in late 2014. There is therefore still a long time to learn everything there is to know about the game.
