At the end of may we had reported a rumor that wanted a possible development on a new chapter in the saga of Legacy of Kain; Today, Square Enix has revealed the actual development of War of Nosgoth . The title however, accurate Square, won't be the classical Legacy of Kain, which cannot be understood by players as a real game that belongs to this saga.

These are the words of the Community Manager of Square George Tactical: " Nosgoth is set in the same universe of the previous games but will be different from Blood Omen and Soul Reaver. The community should not think of Nosgoth in terms of single-player experience. We don't want people to make a wrong conception of Nosgoth after rumor of AMD and Steam before the next official announcements, Crystal Dynamics also is not working with any title of the Legacy of Kain series "

The game unfortunately will not be present at E3, but Tactical stated that Square is really excited about what is coming out. There remains nothing but wait in the coming months an official announcement about the product.
