Microsoft has announced that the E3 will be the place to show the games being released on Xbox One and that as shown at yesterday's event was the "boring" revelation of a new console, which was intentionally separated from the E3 Conference to reserve the best for the stage in Los Angeles. It seems, however, that the spotlight will be focused also on the current Xbox 360 .

Phil Harrison has explained to GameSpot that the historic console with almost 8 years on the shoulders will not be set aside even for long, explaining that at E3 will be made a big announcement that will take people by surprise and you will be able to keep it alive for several years.

A hypothesis on what could be is the announcement of Xbox Mini at reduced price, without disc and connected to Xbox One to enable the Xbox 360 disk read; It might however be something else. The Microsoft Conference is expected on 10 June at 18:30 now.
