So far one of the given names for the announcement of the next Xbox was the April 26 date leaked in a previous rumor : we may however have to wait a month or more. To us is in fact Paul Thurrot, American journalist who wrote on Twitter that the event has been postponed until May 21 to be precise.

Thurrot has then explained that Microsoft plans to provide details on the new Xbox in three stages: at the may event at E3 early June and finally to Build event dedicated to developers that will take place in San Francisco from June 26 to 28. If we have to give him credit, so we'll have to wait a while longer before having next-gen news made at Microsoft.

Meanwhile, Ubisoft also adds to the chorus of rumor about the new Xbox: the developer of Ubisoft Montreal Jean-Francois Boivin has stated to Eurogamer that the new console would be " aligned with what Sony has announced ", adding that "social will be connected. Immersive, interactive will be ". It is unclear however if also refers to hardware specifications or uniquely related and social capabilities like sharing videos and pictures taken from games: as we are now accustomed to doing very well talking about the new Xbox, we can only wait.
