The video is titled "Fishing in Baku" and refers to the city as a backdrop to the action, the capital of Azerbaijan.

EA and DICE have also confirmed the release of the game for the autumn, at least for current consoles and PC: you haven't mentioned for now next-gen consoles, maybe EA expects both have been announced. The gameplay shown is from the PC version and a similar quality graphics we can obviously get it only on the next console, while most likely won't know the exact return on current consoles until just before the release of the game.
