From PAX East 2013 comes a clip of Diablo III which shows us what we should expect in the console version of the popular PC title.

As we can see characters and environments essentially remain the same, while where we will see major differences will be in the game, very simplified in order to be more usable by users with joypad and controls in the game.

In short, it seems that all the guys at Blizzard have managed to do a good job of conversion, we can only expect an official release date. Please note that the title for now has not yet been announced for Microsoft, but a recent statement of the developers and the fact that they themselves devote the movie to "console version" instead of explicitly naming the Sony console, there is a good chance that early arrivals also the announcement on the Xbox.
