It seems that the Dead Space series has come to an end, at least from what emerged from some rumors in the last few hours. The VideoGamer.com site has reported a rumor from a reliable source defined, according to which the developer Visceral Games would found forced to stop developing Dead Space 4 , already in pre-production according to the source, due to the poor sales results obtained so far from Dead Space 3 .

The latest effort by Visceral Games has recorded a decrease in its first week of sales in the United Kingdom equal to 26.6% compared to the previous chapter. Last year, Frank Gibeau, President of EA Labels, was pretty clear: for the survival of the series need at least 5 million copies sold.
