Ubisoft has finally stated, confirming the development, that the next installment of the Assassin's Creed series will be titled Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag . With these words he expressed the software house: " all the details of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag will be announced Monday, March 4 17:00 p.m. GMT (18:00 in Italy)". On the occasion of the announcement was released the cover of the game which confirms the development of the latter on the current console, although not out any porting on next-generation platforms.
