If this were true, it would be a little too far as timing especially due to the fact that at the end of March there will be the Games Developers Conference, where the major developers speak of some of their projects: If the next Xbox will not yet been revealed, to no one will talk about what he's doing for the new console, or can do so only in generically or referring only to PS4 as a development platform.
