In a recent interview with Edge magazine, Tim Sweeney, Epic's founder, spoke so excited next-gen consoles. According to Sweeney's " next generation consoles will represent a huge leap forward compared to the current console ", not only from the point of view of the player but also and above all of the software house and the development team. Here are some excerpts of the interview.

"We are excited about what lies ahead with new generations of consoles" explained Sweeney, "we are very satisfied with the work done with the new Unreal Engine 4, allows us to improve the development in every aspect, from graphical issues to interactions between programmers and artists who will now be able to create with minor difficulties".

There's finally a comparison with the PC and its potential: " I believe that the level of current high-end PCs is what we expect next-gen consoles, is that the gaming experience that we want to achieve and will be fantastic ."
