Randy Pitchford reassures fans: there will be a new "real" Brothers in Arms

During a recent interview Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford wanted to reassure fans of the series bellicca Brothers in Arms that the development team will not abandon this beloved saga and that soon there will be a new "real" Brothers in Arms. Remember that the title that is currently working Gearbox is Furious 4 and that the latter will no longer part of the BiA, and becomes in fact a new intellectual property. Pitchford said that, despite not having announced anything yet on a new episode tied to the series, soon there will be new.

" At the moment we are in pre-production. We Love Brothers in Arms and committed more time in that scope. When will be the best moment to announce news about it, we'll do that "

Pichford also explained that Ubisoft will no longer the editor of the new Brothers in Arms and that the company is looking for new partners.

As far as Furious 4 , Pitchford stated that the software company had intended to make another game of Brothers in Arms. This was their starting point but, as a result, the game was exciting even for a much more enjoyable gameplay and fast-paced than the Brothers in Arms series, Furious 4 had to inevitably deviate from the latter. For Gearbox is a very good product, but it was more Brothers in Arms. This led to staff decision to "remove" Furious 4 the scope of the series, and after that, the development team has heard a sudden freer to expand their ideas about this new intellectual property.

Non ci resta che waits for more information both about the Furious 4 that the new game tied to the original series.
