This will have no operating system Windows 8 or Windows RT, but it will be a device designed and dedicated solely to mobile gaming capable of running demo of Unreal Engine 3 to 60 fps; will not have their games or applications, but will spin anything that will turn on the new Xbox, giving us access to a next-gen mobile experience. As for the controls, the tablet will be fully compatible with wireless controllers Xbox, developers won't have to adapt the games to touch interface but will be playable on X-Surface exactly as they will be on the new "Xbox".
