Konami has released quite a few screenshots of the long-awaited Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance , also reassuring European players who feared not to find the Cyborg Ninja skin inside the packs sold in Europe. The images show us all the protagonists: Raiden, Samuel, LQ-84i, Sundowner, Mistral, and Monsoon.

Raiden is a cyborg who fights with a high-frequency blade can break down even the strongest enemies. Born in Liberia, he lost his family during the civil war before becoming a child soldier. Samuel Rodrigues is a mysterious cyborg employed by PMC and known as "Desperado." It's a master of sword wielding a high-frequency blade similar to Raiden, fighting with a mixed Brazilian/Japanese.

LQ-84i is a robot with an optical neuro-learning AI and a prototype for verbal interface. meet Raiden, because he was ordered to kill him. Speaks with Raiden, insisting that he is sentient and doesn't want to fight him, but his conscience will be cancelled if it goes against his orders. He is a major character in the history of the game.

Sundowner is seen as the leader of virtual execution Desperado. The codename "Sundowner" refers to the hot and dry winds in California. Has a special body cyborg and belongs to a group feared and known as "winds of destruction". It is armed with a large machete high frequency called "Bloodlust".
