Now it seems a real curse for Microsoft: from Halo 2 onwards, almost all titles of the series have started to trickle in pirate channels weeks before exiting. And since yesterday that fate has touched even to Halo 4 , which began to spread on the net while those who have downloaded began to post videos and pictures that the Publisher has taken pains to remove as quickly as possible.

Microsoft claimed to have put in high alert to its technical and legal staff, moving to try to curb the problem and punish anyone found in illegal possession of the game: this can mean a ban from Live and various legal actions in countries where this is permitted.

What does this mean for MondoXbox ? As we have always done in cases similar , obviously we will abstain from publishing any materials or information from anyone who has played the title illegally, to get away from unwanted revelations. As for our community, on forums we just launched a special rule that prevents anyone from talking about such content, ban penalty. This regulation also applies to the postings of news and articles, so we ask everyone to asternersi if they do not want to see the blocked account and posts removed. These are measures to protect all those of you who are patiently waiting to play the title in full legality and the day on which will arrive in stores.
