In a post on the official Bioware CEO Aaryn Flynn has unveiled the new DLC for Mass Effect 3 . Output in October, under the name Omega expansion will focus exclusively on single player.

"Casey Hudson and his team have done an amazing job over the last eight years with the saga of Mass Effect" wrote Flynn, "we're releasing multiplayer content and we have a series of single-player content that we'll release over the next six months, including Omega, coming in autumn".

"But the universe of Mass Effect is great, Casey and our teams have plans for another full game. What will we do next? With such a design is an issue that many of us have jobs and we would be delighted to hear your ideas ".

"While Casey and his team continue to carry forward the new project linked to Mass Effect, he and his colleagues are putting together ideas for a new game set in a new universe that will take advantage of all the new technologies".
