Rockstar Games has announced that the new DLC for Max Payne 3 called " Local Justice " will be available on the marketplace since 3 July and will add three new multiplayer maps taken from the last campaign chapters, a new weapon, new abilities, a new faction and of course also the same objectives to unlock, with the unprecedented challenges for the Social Club. Also, since there was a delay in releasing the first additional content, the add-on will cost in its launch week 480 Microsoft Points and then immediately return to the 640MP initially foreseen.

The contents of Local Justice in detail are as follows:

• Map 55th Battalion HQ for all modes
• Maps The Imperial Palace and the Departure Lounge mode Deatmatch, team Deathmatch and Payne Killer
• New abilities Light Finger to plunder faster enemies dead
• M4 Assault Rifle and accessories
• Police faction of São Paulo with its character customization

For the Season Pass holders will not be applied no variation and can download the free map pack once this will be made available.

On the same day, i.e. on 3 July, all pre-order previously reserved to specific chains or special limited editions will be released publicly on the marketplace. Below is the list of all content not included in the Season Pass, and their prices:
