Namco Bandai announces the project WE ARE TEKKEN "

It's a project without historical precedent and certainly media impact that Namco Bandai announced at this time for their Tekken Tag Tournament 2 . The "creative" project will take the name of "WE ARE TEKKEN" and will allow every single fan of reinterpreting, graphically and musically, the new fighting. NAMCO BANDAI Games Announces an extraordinary creative project, which will enable graphic designers, musicians and fans to become part of the legend of TEKKEN-

LYON, France – June 20, 2012 – Today the world of TEKKEN gets off the ring to apply directly to fans, thanks to an extraordinary creative project dedicated to TEKKEN Tag Tournament 2 , the highly anticipated new episode in the series that has already captured more than 40 million people. The project WE ARE TEKKEN is open to anyone wishing to reinterpret the terms of graphics or the sound universe of TEKKEN, making himself a simple question: If I were the head of TEKKEN Tag Tournament 2 game would look like and what would be its soundtrack?

From today, anyone who wants to participate in the project can reinterpret TEKKEN Tag Tournament 2 , creating their own work based on the characters and scenarios of the game or remixing one of the six original songs from the soundtrack. You can submit your own creations until 16 July and will be the same as the TEKKEN team to choose the winners, which will be announced on 23 July.

To present the project and inspire fans, NAMCO BANDAI Games has asked some famous artists, including electronic music authors and world-renowned illustrators to express their vision of TEKKEN Tag Tournament 2 .

The remix of the original soundtrack of the game were created by electro house artists Crookers, Busy P, Siriusmo, Jokers of the Scene and His Majesty Andre, apart from drum 'n' bass producers Logistic and Benton and star in rise of moombahton Sazon Booya and many others.

TEKKEN characters were reinterpreted by some comic artists like Neal Adams, Alan Kupperberg, Daniel Govar, Jock, Ben Willsher and Jon Davis Hunt, from low-brow legends Frank Kozik and Vince Ray, by illustrators McBess and Adam Haynes and Superdeux chart.

The personal vision of TEKKEN Tag Tournament 2 of all these artists will be inducted along with the contributions of the winners in the artbook and dedicated to remix CD, included in the limited edition WE ARE TEKKEN game, which will be available from September 14, 2012 in Europe.

TEKKEN Tag Tournament 2 is the anticipated sequel to the legendary TEKKEN Tag Tournament of 2000, which will soon be available for PlayStation ® 3 and Xbox 360 ®.
