Watch Dogs is the new Ubisoft IP that looks to the future

During the Conference, the Ubisoft studio based in Montreal, has unveiled its new and interesting intellectual property belonging to the open world genre shares with stealth and futuristic atmosphere: it's Watch Dogs , a world in which everything is connected through ultra technological devices capable of displaying information to any entity, disrupt communications and turn to their advantage every single object that implements a technology such as semaphores.

The protagonist is Aiden Pearce, a professional hacker can control an entire city in some ways an antihero with no scruples. Jonathan Morin, Creative Director, has said that " Watch Dogs goes beyond every limit of the open-world genre by making the Player control an entire city. Anything connected to the Central operating system (ctOS) can become a weapon. We are thus able to offer players a level of action and a huge amount of data and information never before seen in a video game ".

During the demonstration, as well as see the roofing system and a mention of the cooperative mode, Ubisoft has not become Miss cross-gaming elements with a bartender who wore a mask shaped like a cube with embossed a QR Code.
