New information for Borderlands 2

On his blog dedicated to the game Borderlands 2 , Matt Charles developer Gearbox wanted to explain how you are trying to eliminate some flaws present in the first episode of the series. "We are entering the development phase of the game, focusing on framerate and stability, it is too early to pull the money but what is certain is that the improvement compared to the first episode will be tangible".

One of the criticisms that Borderlands had received was related to inventory management, in this regard, Matt said: "we have decided to remove the medical kit, transportable by providing new players and that exhibits help to stay out of the critical area of health, making combat more fluid, since no longer put the game on hiatus in order to use the medical kit. Giving the opportunity to the player to plan better the clashes, deciding what the right equipment to deal with the different enemies "

"Medical kits will continue to be released by slain enemies but will have to heal instantly in the midst of battle. We have a completely new inventory screen, totally renovated as well as see other screenshots of the interface. There will be many more data for comparison of weapons and of armors and explanations most compelte, money and ammunition are automatically collected when they are released by enemies ".

Charles has also taken to point out how other criticisms have been taken into account such as the lack of variety of environments and the failure of the voice chat: "our team is working on the voice chat at this time, everything is ready for the launch of the game".

Borderlands 2 will hit stores in September.
