Via NeoGaf, it started to leak on the net a picture showing us those who appear to be enemies of Halo 4 on the back of a pack of new action figures from McFarlane Toys.  Before we show it to you, we inform you that Frank O'Connor revealed that 343 Industries has designed a new ranking system, different from Halo: Reach (with its arena) from Halo 3 (with levels 1-50).
