It was discovered that Microsoft has registered this week several domains related to his Sci-Fi series Halo, many of them bearing the name Infinity. We find HaloInfinity.net and HaloInfinityMultiplayer.com through MarkMonitor, a company leader in the field of protection of corporate brands. Other domain names that were registered include: HaloInfinity.org, HaloInfinity.co.uk, HaloInfinity.mobi, HaloInfinity.de, HaloInfinityMultiplayer.net, HaloInfinityMultiplayer.org, HaloInfinityMultiplayer.co.uk, HaloInfinityMultiplayer.mobi and HaloInfinityMultiplayer.de.

Other sectors that have been registered in the same week with MarkMonitor include, SpartanOps.org , SpartanOps.net and MorethanJustamap.com

At the time none of these sites leads to something. However fans will recall that the name Infinity belongs to one of the many maps in Halo CE PC version, and the name of the ship in Halo UNSC Infinity present: Glasslands. Microsoft is not planning to bring this map in the Xbox 360 Edition of Anniversary?

What Microsoft is planning, however, we do not know, but to record so many names, it must be something in the yard.
