Some fans are wary of A Game of Thrones because developed independently without the supervision of the author who commented: "the whole plot and dialogue were written by the team of Cyanide but I have got to give many input during the work. What I have written is a story parallel to the first events in a song of ice and fire, and my only concern was that they hadn't been altered the events described in the books. Games can be a really fun way to interact with the literary world but I can't imagine any writer who wants to be shackled to events or decisions in a game. "
Please note that A Game of Thrones will hit stores starting next May 18.
