Deep Silver and 49Games announced the date on which you can buy in stores the new sports title Summer 2012 Stars comprising 18 disciplines including the triple jump, mountain bike, diving or racing and become athletes for excellence in career mode. The game will be available in Europe starting on March 30. Included also a multiplayer mode, up to a maximum of 3 users on the shared screen. Deep Silver announces release date of Summer 2012 Stars

Ready-steady-go! Deep Silver and 49Games have unveiled the release date of a new sports game for Xbox 360 (Kinect compatible), PlayStation ® 3 (with support for PlayStation ® Move) and Wii: Summer 2012 Stars. The game will be available in Europe (except United Kingdom) since March 30, 2012.

At the same time, Deep Silver has released 4 new images of Summer Stars 2012, about the discipline of archery, mountain biking, swimming and launch.

Summer Stars 2012 offers the player a wide range of events, special challenges and competitions in exciting locations around the world. With more than 18 different disciplines and challenges, Summer Stars 2012 includes most of summer sport. Players can demonstrate their talent in disciplines such as the triple jump, mountain bike, diving or racing and become athletes for excellence in career mode.

Multiplayer mode can compete directly against other players, up to a maximum of 3, with split-screen. It will be really hard to stop playing. Summer 2012 lets the player Stars choosing to apply physical effort: supports commands of arcade-style game but also motion control with Kinect, PlayStation ® Move or Wii.
