SH: fix Downpour separate puzzles and fighting
During an interview with Joystiq portal, producer Tom Hulett said: "many people adore puzzles and Silent Hill has to offer of really beautiful, but unfortunately some are not good for the fighting. You can then set the difficulty related to fighting in easy while that of the puzzle in difficult ".
