Capcom has announced that the first DLC for Dead Rising 2: Off the Record, a spin-off of the popular survival horror series, will arrive next week, October 25th, on Xbox Live Arcade at a price of 160 MP. The Cyborg Skills Pack adds electrical damage to all attacks regular, additional damage to melee attacks and an attack bonus to attacks with electrical items due to the fact that Frank West will be transformed into a cyborg.
