Rocksteady Studios has released a single image dedicated to Batman: Arkham City in the game, revealing the presence of yet another "very bad". Specifically it is the Mad Hatter, a character surely known to fans of the comic book saga as Jervis Tetco. The Mad Hatter is in charge of controlling the mind of both the animals and humans. The title will be available for sale from 21 October.
