Daishi Odashima, director of Soul Calibur V, stated in its accounts twitter that he and his development team are planning to release the previous Soul Calibur titles as additional content. Although the findings would be intended to be released separately on the marketplace, that does not mean that the remastered titles are collected in a Soul Calibur HD collection now as with any remake to include more games.
