Microsoft has clarified the statements today by the head of the European Xbox Live plans for the arrival of Skype on the Xbox 360: the will to bring this service, as stated, there would still be but the integration will not occur immediate future. Currently the development team is working to understand how to integrate the functionality of the telephone network within the services offered by Xbox 360, but for the moment there are no dates, even approximate, for the realization of this new feature.

The network was bought for 8.5 billion from Redmond last May saying that the service would be available to Gold subscribers, and that would allow him to use the device Kinect using Skype through an application via the Dashboard. As always we will keep you updated on any future developments.
