Activision has announced the development of Cabela's Survival: Shadows of Katmai: Unlike previous games in the series related to the FPS genre, the new game will be a real survival game in third person where the player will not only fight wild creatures of the place but also grappling with the resolution of mysterious events that revolve around a remote corner of the country of Alaska. The protagonist of the story is the driver with James Logan, who survived a plane crash.

We visit a hostile environment that will include trails icy cliffs, dense forests, rivers and huge caverns unexplored.
