Ubisoft has released a new video for Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012 Laurel House, where the trainer explains to us what we can expect from the new title for Kinect. Apparently we have a wide range of exercises to tone muscles and burn calories, but the real news are the warm-up exercises and cool-down to do the beginning and end of rispettivamento.
