Still hope for a Mirror's Edge 2

Go back to talk about a hypothetical Mirror's Edge 2: After last June Frank Gibeau, president of EA Games, had rekindled the hopes of fans saying that in order to work on after the team was looking for a great idea on which to rely, Patrick Soderlund today also issued a statement reassuring: "Mirror's Edge and I loved what we did in Mirror's Edge, and know that we're working on something, although I'm not allowed to say anything more about it."

Strangely, these comments have been issued by Soderlund in a video interview with Gamestar about Battlefield 3.

We remind you that tomorrow we will showcase the summer of EA where, besides the obvious announcement of Crysis for consoles, it could also be announced just a new chapter of Mirror's Edge. Will be brought back to life the sequel deleted? Will be announced a spin-off? It could be an arcade title, or a spiritual successor? To find out, we just have to wait.
