Namco has released some new information on the fighting game Soulcalibur V East. As already announced, will set the story chronologically seventeen years after the events in the fourth installment of the series. Many of the most famous fighters in the series will also meet again in the fifth chapter as Siegfried and Mitsurugi, it will look very much older than the other characters. They will also present new, original characters such as who is the son of Patroclus and Rothion Sophitia, her sister and Pyrrha.

The plot will focus just on the figure of Patroclus, who, in possession of the sword and shield inherited from the mother (and therefore assumes that Sophitia is dead in the last battle of Soul Calibur IV), is in search of his sister disappeared mysteriously. Even Pyrrha, however, will be playable.
