Bungie has confirmed that this will not be at E3 this year 's, to be held in Los Angeles June 7 to 9. The team is working on a new IP that will be published by Activision as part of a contract for ten years, and it was thought that E3 2011 could be an option likely to reveal to the world the new project. So you do not, however, since Bungie has confirmed the same in the usual weekly update of his site: "Oh, and just to be clear, we are not officially at E3 this year."

"We apologize for the Sting. We wanted to make sure you left no drag from the frenzy of a rumor only to have disappointed your expectations during the week of the fair."

Bungie will be one of those teams to skip E3 2011 and see some of their new project may be necessary to wait until 2012.
