THQ has released some additional information about the characters shown in the artworks that we have published today: there the list below.

In the images we see:

• Philipe Loren: cold and calculating leader of the Syndicate.
• Zimos: an old school pimp who hates Morningstar and how they have transformed the oldest profession in the world (mainly because they cut him out of business).
• Killbane: luchador leader of the Mexicans, who control the gambling Steelport
• Angel de la Muerte: former tag team partner Killbane when fighting in the arenas of Wrestling. Their collaboration did not end well.
• Matt Miller: Deckers leader and specialist in cyber-crime.
