NPD: U.S. sales for the month of February

The financial analysis firm NPD has released sales data hardware and software of the US market for the month of February 2011. Xbox 360 continues its successful series, peaking at top of ranking hardware with 535,000 units sold, a record for the Microsoft console outside the Christmas period. Nintendo Wii console sold 454,000 follows with, while Sony remains in third place with 403,000 units.

The software sees the dominance of CoD: Black Ops, but also a great place for MvC 3: Fate of Two Worlds. Among other noteworthy appearances in the Top 10 include okamiden, Dead Space 2, Bulletstorm and the exclusive Sony Killzone 3. Below all the data.
