Via the official website of the game, Deep Silver has officially announced the first character to find, and we will check in Dead Island. This is a Chinese girl named Mei Xian, who works as a receptionist at the apartment complex Royal Palm Resort. Born and raised in China, Xian left his native village to learn about new cultures and the island of Bano, being half of tourists from around the world, was the ideal place: it is very intelligent, learns quickly and is also a great sport, making it physically very athletic and quick.

Also the official site will soon learn that revealed three other playable characters in the game: Logan, Sam B and Purna. We will update you when we have more details in the meantime we leave you with two pictures showing Xian Mei, however, we had already seen in action in previous screenshots.
