Please be informed that is already on sale for a few days dedicated to the third novel series of Gears of War titled "Anvil Gate" and written by Karen Traviss, the same author of the upcoming game Gears of War 3. The book consists of 20 chapters and 463 pages, tells the story post GOW2 and will serve as an introduction to the fourth novel in the series, "Coalition's End," set for release in March 2011 and is on sale at a price of 15 € in the main Gamestop, in large libraries or in the store online publisher.

We also remember another date: 23 December will be available in comics stores and newsstands in the sixth comic Gears of War. Here's the plot of the novel.
