In our chat with Peter Molyneux took place two months ago at E3, Lionhead boss told us that among the various new game would also offer an online marketplace where players might have to sell their weapons, both custom aesthetic and magically. In an interview with OXM during gamescom, though, Molyneux explained that this feature does not appear in the game: developers had to choose whether to use the time left to improve and strengthen the co-op system or developing online market, and have opted for the first possibility.

The game will continue to offer a way to deeply customize their weapons as we use it and still allow us to share with friends, but this will be restricted to the members of our friends list and there will be an auction system as expected in above.
