Epic Games has released new images of Gears of War 3, depicting Delta Squad facing fierce locusts. Besides having new shots Clay Carmine, who has tattooed on his arm "Anthony - RIP Benjamin" with the helmet of the previous two brothers and says "Grab Killer" on his armor, we see unprecedented armored locusts with a bandaged face, which could be to indicate a status of "mercenary" of the creatures, with no further details are provided. The shots also could relate to the Horde mode, although there is no confirmation on that and probably will come during the Comic-Con.
