The next few books on the Halo universe will be written by Karen Treviss, the writer of the New York Times who wrote the novels of Gears of War and outlined the history of the next Gears of War 3, and will cover events after the end of Halo 3 and Halo: Ghosts of Onyx. Traviss is not the first time I wrote a story for Halo, and has done in the past with a short story entitled "Human Weakness" inside the Halo: Evolutions. The writer joins the ranks of other authors which Nylund, William C. Dietz Tobias S. Buckell and Joe Staten who have so far given rise to the story of Master Chief and his companions.
