Joe Graf, Epic Games has recently stated that Gears of War 3 will have no Teather Mode feature introduced in Gears of War 2 where players could take pictures and then upload them on the official website. The reason for this is that it is a feature rarely used by players and require that only a waste of time and resources to develop new and improved thereafter. Arm yourself then video capture cards to continue to share videos and photos of Gears of War 3, unless the developers change their minds.
