As expected, the Japanese Platinum Games have announced their new title, called Vanquish: it will be a shooter (do not know whether in first or third person), taking place in an America overrun by giant mech and other forms of life, presumed aliens. The video shows scenes in computer graphics with what should be the protagonist of the game, and an actress in flesh and blood, simulated a news report information on disasters, which are involving the country.

The title will be edited by the creator of the series Resident Evil, Shinji Mikami. Have not yet been formalized consoles that Vanquish will be developed, we expect the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC: I'll update this regard.
