After yesterday's announcement relating to Medal of Honor, many have noted the particular aspect of the soldier's portrait on the cover of the game, especially because of its dense beard. Apparently, EA has been inspired by a real soldier: This is "Cowboy", an official U.S. Special Forces in Afghanistan, which the magazine in an article in LIFE Magazine spoke in August 2002. As you can see from the photos, it's him: beard, glasses and hat included.

We do not know if EA has a special agreement with this person or has only inspired her figure we'll find out probably next week, when the game will be shown publicly for the first time.
