Stuart Beattie, Hollywood writer commissioned to realize the screenplay on Gears of War , stated that the film dedicated to the now hugely popular Xbox 360 title will be "huge". Bettie explained that the film, due to the majestic locations, will be shot entirely on green screen as happened with 300, i.e. all scenes will be recited in the studio in front of green screens, and the toalmente will be generated and added to your computer during Assembly.

Beattie then affirmed to be working closely with Epic and Cliff Bleszinsky, the creator of the game, to make sure that the characters and environments are consistent with those seen in the game.

All games released in recent years, Gears of War is definitely one of those that lends itself better to the film adaptation: we look forward to seeing on the big screen.
